Please, make yourself at home. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival. The mountain area has restaurants but we are a short 3 mile ride to the town of Crested Butte as well. Here are my personal recommendations: airbnb.com/rooms/21197767/guidebook → Shuttle schedule will be provided as it is changes for various seasons. → The bus will bring you into town and around the base area and condos. → Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available at certain times of the year. There is an informative binder available in the home that includes everything from wifi access info, TV channels, information about the area, etc. The “community fee” noted is the sales tax the Town of Mt. Crested Butte requires us to remit for all short term rental transactions. Pillow Tax # (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Most properties in the area, including our home, do not have air conditioning as it is not needed. We do have fans in the home should guests wish to use them.

o Short-term rental lease agreement to be signed by host and guest for each booking. This can be sent for review prior to booking upon request.

o STRICT NO ANIMAL policy. The HOA monitors this and has a strict no animal policy for guests in the bylaws for our community. We operate as required by Colorado ADA laws only.

o Per HOA rules, more than 6 guests are not permitted.

o Remove ski boots upon entering to avoid breaking tile floor. Keep all shoes off carpet.

o Renters must be 25+ or accompanied by parent/guardian

o 1 car garage space can be used to park 1 vehicle on a case by case basis (size limitations). 1 car can be parked in the driveway in front of the unit depending on the time of year. Contact us to discuss parking options if you plan to drive. No RV or trailer parking.

o Guests may not disconnect/disable the Wi-Fi, security camera, smart home hub, cable boxes, or streaming devices. This will result in a $150 reconnection fee.

o We do not allow smoking or vaping in the property.

o Please note the strict cancellation policy. The host will not be responsible for refunds beyond what is stated in the cancellation policy. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Katy’s place was everything we could have wanted, and she was a great host. When we first arrived we had some questions about the town, skiing, etc. and Katy was super quick to respond with great suggestions. The condo itself is super charming and loaded with little amenities that we didn’t expect. The views were amazing, the beds super comfortable, and she even left us fire wood for the real fireplace. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, it was so close to the mountain. We were able to walk to the lifts each day, which was super convenient. We will totally stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Katy’s townhouse. It was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Basics were provided like shampoo, dish detergent, etc. Beds were comfortabl (Website hidden by Airbnb) Parking was convenient with a garage. Access to skiing was close by. And Katy is an excellent host; very helpful, responsive and thorough.

The condo is a wonderful space with a lot of room and the views can’t be beat. Katy had a quick response to questions and the residence is well appointed with amenities.

A perfect place to stay for winter or summer active families! The pictures are exact in terms of appearance, but your arrival shows you that Katy goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. This is the best stocked condo we have ever rented. No last minute trips to the grocery store for saran wrap or coffee filters or even coffee! Can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you , Katy!

Great location for skiing at Mt Crested Butte. Local bus passes regularly and takes only 5 min to the base. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
