This 3 Bedroom home with room for 11 is located in a quiet neighborhood near Peak 7. 1 mile to free skier parking and walking distance to the local free buses, Broken Compass Brewery and the Breckenridge Distillery. All are welcome but this home is perfect for families wanting a comfortable, clean home to stay in while enjoying year round activities in Breck. The home has wifi, a DVD player and TV with Netflix & Hulu. The kitchen is fully equipped. Snowshoeing or hiking a close walk. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway with room for four vehicles. We can even fit a large RV if needed. This home is cozy and clutter free with no little knick-knacks for your children to break. The entire home will be yours with no areas off limits. You can check yourself in and out by using an access code on the door. So no worries trying to track down the property manager if you have a late arrival. Hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing trails in the Arapaho National Forest are just a short walk away. Half mile walk to the local free bus line that can take you to the ski area, around the county and to downtown Breckenridge. Two minute drive to free skier parking and 2.5 miles to the Gondola Pay Parking Lots. There is NOT a hot tub at this property. We have a property manager/ concierge who lives just down the road and will welcome you and be available to answer all your questions about the surrounding area. Let us know if we can put a few grocery store staples in the home for you to get you started (Delivery Fee and grocery costs must be paid before arrival). This is a quiet neighborhood at the entrance to Peak 7 just up from Airport Rd. Most of the neighbors are full time year round residents. There is a local bus service that can take you to the ski area, downtown Breckenridge or around the county just a half mile from the home. So if your family or friends want to leave the ski area early or restaurant early, no worries, you can take the bus home!

- Please remove shoes, ski & snowboard boots while in the home.
- All skis, snowboards and boots should be stored in the laundry room.
- Guests will be expected to do some snow shoveling during the winter months. In this high alpine environment snow blows and accumulates very fast. You may have to shovel or use a snow blower during your stay.
