Beautiful property. Outstanding views of mountains. We came for a Labor Day retreat and this property was excellent for a peaceful few days in the mountains. Very tastefully furnished.
I would recommend an SUV to get to the property. Road is unpaved and a little rough. but I think adds a little character and adavture to the stay

Absolutely amazing! The house is located on an old ranch with plenty of open spaces. The pictures on the website cannot capture the beauty of the home or surroundings. The house is brand new and gorgeous. We utilized the gourmet kitchen for every meal. The home overlooks the valley and adjacent mountain range including Mount Princeton. It’s situated on a large 35 acre parcel that abuts the Arkansas River. It’s a beautiful easy hike to the river. Cattle occasionally stroll by the front door. Nature abounds. I’m a VERY picky traveler and have rented many homes/villas before. This is one of my favorite!! We would love to return. If you are looking for a unique remote home that has quick easy access to civilization this is your spot!
