Great spot in the BV-Salida valley. WiFi didn't work and no reception anywhere but that didn't bother our group. The spot above the river is pretty idyllic.

Mini family reunion
I was so impressed with how clean the facility was, that is top on my list. Kitchen was very stocked with seasonings and utensils and cooking supplies. The view was awesome , the hot tub was great the kids played pool. We all had a great time. Only drawback was flannel sheets in the master. Not my preference.

The cabin and surroundings are beautiful. There are even many Ammenities that were not listed. There is satellite direct tv and lots of kitchen goods great hiking, a river view, an amazing patio hot tub and the beauty of the mountains all around! We plan on coming back again in the fall.

Despite the water turning off our first morning, we had a fantastic time here! It's a beautiful spot with great views, deer, fishing right below... the full length porch makes it really great for a larger group. The hot tub was clean & nice as well. Kitchen is well stocked. Pam responded very quickly - on a Saturday - to get us accommodated with the water situation. We would definitely come here again.

My family of 6 adults, 2 little guys under 10, and a brand new baby all had ample space. The hot tub and pool table where the cream of the crop. Close to many out door activities....we hiked, explored, fished, watched the wildlife from balcony and soaked in the river at Mt Princeton. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and there were plenty of coffee cups. Ohh and the stars are beyond beautiful! Over all impression was wonderful :) Just a few areas of concern: Beds are really soft, back door handle had been broken for several months before our arrival so it made it very difficult to open and shut the main door over looking the river. Ceiling fan and ceiling were pretty dusty and light bulbs on vaulted ceiling were burned out making it a little hard to see for game night. For the price i did expect a little more...... but again, BEAUTIFUL location... Thank you for a quiet, peaceful family get away

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was clean and updated. We comfortably fit four couples and a teenager and never felt cramped. The attention to details by the owners was a nice touch. We hope to be back!

I liked the hot tub, and the creek. I had fun. MIYOUNG
We loved the location. It was peaceful , private, and the rippling of the creek was very soothing. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kids and teenagers enjoyed the pool table. 2 of the boys had fun fishing. The girls enjoyed playing . The kitchen was great. We would recommend more silverware, a mixer, a tea pot . It was perfect for our family reunion.

We gathered our four children and their 3 children for a weeklong get together. Loved Rippling Waters, perfect size for 10 of us and easy to get to Salida or Buena Vista. Fishing was good and you could get to nice hiking trails on Mt Princeton. Plenty of deer nearby and beautiful evenings on the deck. Everything was clean and nicely taken care of. Would highly recommend and will return.
