GOURMET KITCHEN has all high-end stainless steel large appliances and a fine assortment of kitchen gadgets; spices and condiments at your fingertips. We have stocked the kitchen with many essentials for your convenience. The Knotty Hickory Cabinets are loaded with every convenience imaginable.

DINING LOCATIONS The high post table off the kitchen seats 8, formal dining area seats 10 and the center island bar will seat 2+ for a total of 20 comfortably. In addition, there is dining on the deck… seating for 10+; Enjoy two large gas grills on the deck and a cozy sunroom with fireplace.

THE GREAT ROOM features a gas fireplace; 60" flat screen TV & DVD player; The indoor/outdoor stereo system with DVD & CD library; main floor laundry, great view from a private office/bedroom overlooking the golf course.

The Jewel has 8 bedrooms, 4 luxurious master suites all with TVs, plus 4 additional bedrooms; 6 baths. The Master King Suite is VERY private... 60” flat screen, surround sound CD/DVD and much more. Wrapped in a band of glass that allows stargazing from the large comfortable 4 poster king bed making you one with nature and the stars. Six piece master bath with in floor heat, surround sound, glass block, Large walk-in shower w/2 massage shower heads, the slate fireplace is visible from your private air-jet tub/spa. The second King suite enjoys solid oak furniture including an oak King sleigh bed, overstuffed chair, desk, large walk-in closet, large bathroom w/oak vanity, tub shower and Oak Fireplace. Bird watching up close and personal…. colorful birdhouses and an abundance of busy feathered friends tending their young out each bedroom.

THE GOLF COURSE LEVEL has 3 baths, 2 individual king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with adjoining bath and 2 queen master suites, one with a bunk bed in the room, the other with a daybed/trundle that can be two singles or put together for a king bed. The wellness room has a great free weight station and professional massage table. The family room has a large couch, love seat and large television with DVD/VCR library. There is a refrigerator/microwave to handle appetites on the golf course level.

The Jewel will sleep 18 + in beds comfortably, we also have 2 play & packs for little people.

Policies & Procedures The City of Estes Park & Larimer County have enacted new rules for vacation homes in Estes Valley. Don't forget to remind all of your guests that you are the one that will be paying spot fines as officers enforce all neighbor complaints and/or police observations!! Speed Limit: Please observe the 15 mph (or less) speed limit when traveling in and out of the property. It is important to maintain neighborhood harmony! Parking: Up to three cars may be parked in the garage (you will find two garage door openers on the kitchen window sill). As per city ordinance, no more than 3 cars may be parked outside the home. Please do not park on the grass. Also be aware that the sprinkler system comes on at night so make sure your windows are closed. Leaving your windows open at any time is an invitation to raccoons and curious bears and their cubs. They will leave their calling card and in some instances a tremendous amount of damage. Please be especially careful when backing out of the garage, as the neighbor’s fence is very close.

Responsible party must be a minimum of 35 y.o. Rental Agreement provided upon booking to be signed by responsible party and homeowner.
Cancellation Policy
A one hundred twenty (120) day notice is required for all Tenant cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 120 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance deposit. We will however refund 100% of the deposit if we are able to re-rent your reserved dates. Under no circumstances shall the Owner be liable to Tenant or any other party for any indirect, special or consequential damages of any character related to this agreement and in no event will Owner be liable for any damages in excess of the amounts actually paid by Tenant to Owners in connection with this agreement.
