Two large bedrooms (one queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and one queen bed with an additional twin bed and couch) as well as a queen sofa sleeper with brand new memory foam mattress in the living room, this home comfortably sleeps 7. There is cable television with movie channels in the living room and master bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and cathedral ceilings. Large, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, board games and puzzles, playing cards, books, movies, stereo, DVD player, high speed internet, radiant floor heating, granite countertops, dining table, tile/carpet flooring, ample kitchen utensils, keurig coffee maker, food processor, hand mixer, immersion blender, electric kettle, crock pot, private laundry facilities and lots of closet space. The second level private deck offers opportunities for morning coffee, evening cocktails and dinner with the beautiful mountain sunset.
Close to I-70 and Main Street. Listen to and see the Ten Mile Creek from your balcony. Take a walk, hike or bike ride on the Frisco Pathway which can take you to Breckenridge or Vail. It is a short walk to Main street restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful restaurant (Tavern West) right out the door with a fantastic happy hour and elegant dining options. You can live and enjoy the area without ever needing to get in your car. Our home is walking distance to the center of town and in the heart of Summit County. The larger amenities are a short drive away including Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage and Walmart for those last minute emergency items.

Additional Property Information

The Streamside Neighborhood is very quaint. Our complex was built in 2004 and consists of two buildings, each with 4 units only. Across the street are single family homes that back onto the creek. It is very well kept and the snowshoeing, nordic skiing, hiking, biking and walking out the front door are fantastic. We chose this condo due to the location. Directly adjacent to Main Street but located on the quiet side of Historical Frisco, Colorado. It is a small idyllic ski town with all of the charming aspects including coffee shops, a local book store and many fantastic restaurants. Our home is walking distance to the center of town and in the heart of Summit County. The larger amenities are a short drive away including Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage and Walmart for those last minute emergency items.

There is one covered parking space for the home, additional designated condo spots are marked in the adjacent parking lot and there is ample daytime public parking within very close proximity. Frisco is truly at the heart of Summit County. The free ski shuttle and public bus transportation is within walking distance, and six major mountain resorts are all within a short drive; Copper-5 min, Breck-15 min, Keystone-15 min, Vail- 30 min, and Beaver Creek-40 min.
