You can live and enjoy the area without ever needing to get in your car. Our home is walking distance to the center of town and in the heart of Summit County. The larger amenities are a short drive away including Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage and Walmart for those last minute emergency items.

Streamside Loft is located 2 miles off of I70 Exit 201. It is a quick drive from DIA.
The Streamside Neighborhood is very quaint. Our complex was built in 2004 and consists of two buildings, each with 4 units only. Across the street are single family homes that back onto the creek. It is very well kept and the snowshoeing, nordic skiing, hiking, biking and walking out the front door are fantastic. We chose this condo due to the location. Directly adjacent to Main Street but located on the quiet side of Historical Frisco, Colorado. It is a small idyllic ski town with all of the charming aspects including coffee shops, a local book store and many fantastic restaurants. Our home is walking distance to the center of town and in the heart of Summit County. The larger amenities are a short drive away including Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage and Walmart for those last minute emergency items.
There is one covered parking space for the home, additional designated condo spots are marked in the adjacent parking lot and there is ample daytime public parking within very close proximity. Frisco is truly at the heart of Summit County. The free ski shuttle and public bus transportation is within walking distance, and six major mountain resorts are all within a short drive; Copper-5 min, Breck-15 min, Keystone-15 min, Vail- 30 min, and Beaver Creek-40 min.
